Individuals and businesses with New Mexico State income tax liability may purchase tax credits. The New Mexico Conservation Cooperative facilitates the transfers between easement donors and third parties interested in purchasing the credits. The organization provides review and expertise to execute the transfers, and coordinates the process with the appropriate New Mexico regulatory and taxation departments.
