What Is The Cooperative?

The New Mexico Credit Cooperative is a joint effort among New Mexico land trusts and Strugar Conservation Services, an organization run by highly experienced land conservation and tax credit professionals.

The land trusts and Strugar Conservation Services work together in a seamless relationship to provide the highest level of education and technical support to easement donors wishing to earn and transfer their credits. The Cooperative provides a safe, reliable, and responsible mechanism for selling credits.

The Cooperative contributes 50% of its net revenues directly back to New Mexico land trusts, thus providing funds that may be used to preserve more of New Mexico's enchanted landscapes.
